Shipping Policy

Processing requires up to 3-7 business days while shipping requires 7-15 business days. Our collection is comprised by our manufactures in several countries. With that being said, some items may take longer to arrive than others.

 

If you ordered more than one item it is very likely that you will receive them separately due to our multiple different manufacturers. No worries, each item will have it's own shipping code and tracking number.

 

If you have entered the wrong address please email us ASAP at youfashions24@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue, if days have elapsed since you placed your order it's more than likely that we are unable to change the address for you if it has already been processed. We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered when you have entered the incorrect address. If you have entered the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office before the item is delivered. They can either hold your package for you, or forward the package to the correct address. Please be attentive when checking out and make sure your address is correct!

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. We're not responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
